1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GenetiKing Labs website and your purchase of any product from us. By accessing the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Research Disclaimer, all of which are incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old, legally able to enter into a binding contract, and permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction to purchase and possess laboratory research materials. By ordering you represent that you meet all of these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

3. Research Use Only

Every product we sell is supplied solely for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified individuals and institutions. Products are not for human or animal use, consumption, diagnosis or treatment of any kind, and are not approved by the FDA or any other regulator for any such purpose. You agree to use products only as permitted by our Research Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

4. Accounts & Accuracy

You are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate shipping, billing and contact details and to update them when they change. We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping and any applicable taxes or duties, which are calculated at checkout or charged by the carrier on delivery.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including after confirmation, for reasons such as stock availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud or suspected non-research use. If we decline an order you have paid for, we will refund it in full.
• Payment is due at the time of order through the methods shown at checkout and is processed by our third-party payment provider under their terms.
• We may correct pricing or descriptive errors at any time, including after an order is placed. If a correction affects your order you may cancel for a full refund.
• We may limit quantities per order, per person or per institution.

6. Shipping & Risk of Loss

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
• Temperature-sensitive materials are shipped with appropriate packaging; it is your responsibility to be available to receive the parcel and to store it correctly (2–8 °C unless otherwise stated) immediately on arrival.
• Title and risk of loss pass to you when the parcel is handed to the carrier. We will assist with carrier claims for parcels lost or damaged in transit, provided you notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
• International orders: you are the importer of record and are responsible for confirming the products may be lawfully imported, and for any duties, taxes, customs holds or seizures. We do not refund orders seized or refused by customs.
• We do not ship to jurisdictions where our products are prohibited, and we may cancel and refund any order we cannot lawfully fulfil.

7. Returns & Refunds

• Because our products are temperature-sensitive research materials, all sales are final once a parcel has been dispatched, except as described below.
• If you receive the wrong item, a damaged item, or an item that is missing from your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund it — your choice.
• If a product is materially out of specification, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and supporting analytical data; we will investigate and, where confirmed, replace or refund the product.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
• Orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full. We cannot cancel an order once it has been handed to the carrier.

8. Intellectual Property

The GenetiKing Labs name, crown-and-helix logo, website design, product descriptions, images and all other content are owned by or licensed to GenetiKing Labs and are protected by trademark and copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the site without our prior written permission, other than printing pages for your own research records.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use any product for human or animal administration or any purpose other than legitimate laboratory research.
• Resell, relabel or redistribute products for any non-research purpose or represent them as approved drugs or supplements.
• Provide false age, identity or address information, or purchase on behalf of anyone who is ineligible.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the site, scrape it, or attempt to access data that is not yours.
• Use the site in violation of any applicable law.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Products and the website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and our liability to you is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law, as set out in full in our Research Disclaimer. In no event will our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase exceed the amount you paid for the product concerned.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold GenetiKing Labs and its owners, employees, contractors and suppliers harmless from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your possession, handling, use or misuse of any product.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which GenetiKing Labs is organised, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that State, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version here. Changes apply to orders placed after they are posted. Please check this page before each purchase.
